Three masses — two residential towers and a mid-rise office building — arranged around a shared open space inspired by Batn Alhawi, the traditional heart of Najdi settlements. The 43-storey tower reads as a landmark; recessed balconies and rotated vertical walls give the facade shade, privacy and a changing shadow pattern. Cascading roof gardens soften the verticality and improve microclimatic comfort.
